"ISOPROTEC" PE cover for Ø 102 mm posts

"ISOPROTEC" PE full covers for stall posts meet a primary need in cattle housing structures.
The protective zinc deposited by hot galvanisation on the tubular support posts degrades more or less quickly over time.
This zinc, attacked by the acids present in the slurry and by the magnetic fields of livestock buildings (more or less well grounded), disappears over time resulting in rust which can destroy the post.
To date, there are no solutions on the market to achieve perfect sealing between the posts and the floor or the interlocking sleeves in which they are slotted. Infiltrations always end up corroding the posts over time.
"ISOPROTEC" PE full covers offer perfect sealing. They are made of one-piece rotomolded PE, which is much less brittle than injection, and has a flexible seal at the top.
This protection can be slotted onto all round or square Cosnet posts to be embedded.
It offers the possibility either of sealing directly in the concrete or of being slotted into a PE "ISOPROTEC" sleeve to be embedded in the ground to make them removable during cleaning.

Patented "ISOPROTEC" round and square PE covers can be used in two ways:
- they can be directly embedded in the concrete thus providing a watertight sleeve for the galvanised post.
They can also be used with "ISOPROTEC" sleeves, thus making the assemblies removable during cleaning.
