P05 weigh scale indicator

OPERATION AND DATA COLLECTION:
- 3 weighing modes: manual (the operator triggers weight recording), automatic (the weigh scale indicator records the weight with no action from the operator). The weigh scale indicator of the mechanised crush is managed independently via its PLC. See drafting management.
- Automatic on/off reset,
- 3 weighing accuracies: fine, standard and quick,
- Option of assigning a visual and/or electronic tag to the weight,
- Calculation of ADG (Average Daily Gain),
- Maximum number of visible weighing sessions: 256,
- Maximum number of visible weigh-ins: 40,000,
- Weight history management,
- Complete statistics per animal and per session: avg., max., min., etc.
DRAFT MANAGEMENT:
- Weigh scale indicator compatible with the PLC of automatic drafting crushes,
- Number of drafting gates included: 3 (left, right and front),
- Can be drafted by weight,
- Can be drafted by ADG (Average Daily Gain),
- Can be drafted by list of visual and/or electronic tags,
- Excel spreadsheet files can be imported,
An Excel table file can be prepared before weighing in order to organise drafting.
The file will be copied to the USB key and then imported into the weigh scale indicator.
The weigh scale indicator will then give the recorded weights to the PLC, which manages the drafting functions of the mechanised crush,
- Export of weight files in standard Excel format.
Files compatible with zootechnical software marketed by ISAGRI.
CONNECTIVITY:
- EID reader connection via Bluetooth or wired connection (single device connection per connection type),
- Import and export of data on standard USB key. 8 GB USB key included,
