Mobile turnover crush for sheep

Operation:
Once the animal is blocked in the crush, between the side panel and the blocking flap, simply pulling on the assembly is enough to turn over the entire system, which is centred on each side of the crush. No effort required, just gravity. Press the pedal on the side of the crush. It is then very easy to turn over the entire assembly to allow access to all the parts of the animal and to perform operations with greater ease.

Crush made of hot-dip galvanised metal, sturdy, durable and easy to maintain.
- Front and rear gate with double leaves, which is operated by a handle equipped with an anti-opening spring locking system,
- Side panel with mobile sheep blocking flap,
- Multi-position blocking mobile flap without fixed indexing, easy to handle.
Can be adjusted quickly according to the size of each animal using its linkage system,
- Flap equipped with:

• - 2 bars for blocking and holding sheep, width adjustable according to their size,
• - 2 head supports, 1 right and 1 left for good support when turning over
• - 1 blocking bar and head support that can be used on the left of the crush, as well as on the right of the blocking flap.

- V-bottom for better evacuation of effluents, equipped with welded anti-slip rings,
- Retractable carrying handle,
- Solid wheels 3.00-4 with roller bearings, retractable wheels,
- Skids welded under the crush opposite the wheels,
- Hinge pin brackets in the front and rear part of the crush to accommodate hurdles with pins.
