Cattle handling race module with posts to be embedded

Module comprised of sheeted panels, length 0.87, 2 and 3 m and foldaway step.
The race is equipped with sheeted panels with double folding bars.
Step to be fitted on the side of the double-rail sheeted panels.
The operator can then access the back and sides of the animals at his own height by folding down the double bar from the top, without the risk of being blocked. At the front, an anti-backing bar blocks the animal without risk to the operator. The composition of the module can be revised according to the size of the herd.
It can receive all types of PCCM or PCCA central opening headgates.

- 1 straight sheeted panel with fixed bar, length 2 m x height 1.55 m, sheeted over 1.15 m;
- 1 straight sheeted panel with fixed bar, length 3 m x height 1.55 m, sheeted over 1.15 m;
- 2 sheeted straight panels with fixed bar, length 0.87 m x height 1.55 m, sheeted over 1.15 m;
- 1 straight sheeted panel with double folding bar, length 2 m x height 1.55 m, sheeted over 1.15 m;
- 1 straight sheeted panel with double folding bar, length 3 m x height 1.55 m, sheeted over 1.15 m;
- 1 anti-backing bar for fixed cattle handling race;
- 4 2-directions posts (opposite each other) Ø 102 mm to be embedded, height 2,13 m;
- 2 bare posts Ø102 mm to be embedded, height 2,13 m;
- 1 pair of 2-directions flanges (face to face) Ø 102 mm with screws and bolts;
- 1 spring-loaded lock kit with specific 1/2 flange Ø 102 mm for sheeted panel;
- 1 1/2 1-direction flange, Ø 102 mm and 90° spring-loaded latch reception with screws;
- 1 1/2 1-direction flange, Ø 102 mm;
- 1 retractable step fastened to sheeted panel, length 0,87 m;
- 1 retractable step fastened to sheeted panel, length 2 m;
- 1 retractable step fastened to sheeted panel, length 3 m;
- 2 removable connections for step.
