Water tank trailer 2000 litres green spaces - Road 90km/h - PTC 3.5 T

Approved by DREAL for 90 km/h. 
Tanks delivered with certificate of conformity to register them (legal obligation). 

Technical specifications of tanks: 
- Water tank with continuous welding, equipped with 4 wide feet welded on 4 mm thick reinforcement plates,
- Tank assembled to its chassis by bolting of the 4 feet, 
- Hot galvanized assembly after manufacture, 
- Cover man passage with joint, pre-drilled to receive a float option with its galvanized chest, 
- Cover equipped with a vent Ø 42 mm for the tank 1000 liters and Ø 60 mm for the tank 2000 liters, predisposed to receive the pump discharge pipe in the versions green areas. 

Tank forward equipment:
- a high and low outlet, female nipples threaded Ø 20/27 mm (3/4"). These outputs can be used to fix the level gauge option, 
Rear tank equipment: 
- Main rear outlet Ø 80 mm (3"1/8) on 4-hole plate, original equipped:
  • a 1/4 turn valve Ø 76 mm for water transport models, 
  • or a sealing plate with a brass outlet connected to the suction of the motor pump, for green space models,
- Rear outlet predisposed on the side to receive also as an option a Ø 20/27mm (3/4") threaded female valve.

Technical characteristics of the chassis: 
- Chassis made from strong section longlegs hot-dip galvanized after manufacture,
- Axle equipped with inertia brake operated by the coupling head mounted at the end of the boom, according to model:
• for tank 1000 L with fixed boom: axle with brake 1500 kg with brake drum 200 x 50,
• for 2000 L tank with articulated boom: 2 axles with brakes 1600 kg with brake drum 250 x 40,
• for 2000 L tank with articulated boom: 2 axles braked 1800 kg with brake drum 230 x 60.
- Arrow according to model:
• Fixed boom equipped with parking brake lever and jockey wheel, 
• Articulated boom height adjustable by spindle - adjustment range of 527 mm - minimum hitch height. 364 mm max. 891 mm, equipped with a jockey wheel,
- Front stand and jockey wheel according to model: 
• for tank 1000 L: round front stand ø 60 mm - metal wheel jockey wheel, retractable ø 200x50 mm,
• for the 2000 L tank: square front body 70x70 mm - plastic wheel jockey wheel with wheel rim, rabatable with axle ø 220x65 mm.
- Platform plate in part front to receive the equipment motopompe, delivered original on models 90km/h green spaces,
- Rear folding stabilizer stands, for tank 1000 L single axle, 
- Plastic single wings for tanks 1000 L. and double bodywork for tanks 2000 L.

Technical details:
- Fixed coupling equipped with a head of hitch-brake on the 1000 and 2000 litres models.
- Articulated coupling equipped with a head of hitch brake on the 2000 litre models.
- Single axle for 1000 litre models with plastic mudguard.
- Double axles for 2000 litre models with mudguard.
- Rear stabilising crutches for 1000 litre models.
- Removable cover incorporating the discharge in the case of a pump assembly.
- Motor pump assembly HONDA WX 10 for tank 1000 L or WX15 for tank 2000 L for green space models.
- Metal reel with 15 m of hose ø 15x21 mm for the green space models.
 

The 1000 litre green space tank is equipped with:

- a HONDA WX10 motor pump with the following characteristics:
• 4-stroke motor, power 0.72 kW, suction flow 120 l/min,
• Maximum suction height: 8 m (ring-spun hose with strainer provided),
• Suction / discharge port: Ø 25 mm,
- a metal hose with a 15x21 (int/ext) diameter of 15 m, capable of withstanding a maximum pressure of 10 bar and a temperature of 60°C,
- an adjustable front boom,
- expected output of the winder: 21 L/min,
- Pump protection to prevent overpressure.

The 2000 litre green space tanks are equipped with:
- a HONDA WX15 motor pump with the following characteristics:
• 4-stroke motor, 1.6 kW power, 280 l/min suction flow,
• Maximum suction height: 8 m (ring-spun hose with strainer provided),
• Suction / discharge port: Ø 40 mm,
- a metal hose with a 15x21 (int/ext) diameter of 15 m, capable of withstanding a maximum pressure of 10 bar and a temperature of 60°C,
- an adjustable front boom for models from 1500 to 3200 litres, with a geared jack for models from 4400 to 6200 litres and hydraulic with pump and original reserve for the model 8000 litres,
- expected output of the winder: 21 L/min,
- Pump protection to prevent overpressure.
